Connell Communications Inc is a family-owned business founded in 1988 by brothers Tom & Rick Connell. The company was incorporated in 1995. Our office manager Susan Miller has been with our staff since 1994. Second-generation family members Dave and Andy have joined the company in recent years.

Our mission is to react quicker to customer requests than our competition in providing quotes, sales, installations and after-the-sale service at a very competitive price. We provide emergency 24/7/365 service with extended warranties and service contracts. Leasing is available on new equipment sales.

Connell Communications Inc subcontracts data and fiber-optic cabling from local and national computer hardware and software companies. We also perform large-scale data, telecom and fiber-optic cable installations for national hotel chains and retail stores. Connell Communications Inc uses only the highest quality materials and certification equipment. At the completion of all installations, the customer will receive a hard copy of all cable and/or fiber-optic certification sheets and a plant "as-built" locating each and every cable run.

Connell Communications Inc is licensed, bonded and insured. We provide certified test results in the form of hard copies on all voice/data copper and fiber-optic installations upon the customer's request. As a BICSI member, we follow all standards and National Electrical Code guidelines. Structured wiring design and installation are provided with as-builts at the customer's request.

Connell Communications Inc is a dealer in the business telephone systems (key, hybrid and IP) market for Vertical / Comdial, Samsung and Allworx. We provide sales, installations and programming for all systems. After the sale, service is also provided including warranties, moves, additions and/or changes.
